Our highly qualified offers years of player development experience working with Youth, Junior, College, and NHL players from the United States, Canada, and Europe. Professional instructors from The Parisi Speed School and Orthopaedic Associates round-out our skill set and enable us to develop the COMPLETE player both on and off the ice. All of our instructors teach more than just hockey skills – they teach our players teamwork, dedication, accountability, and respect. Our instructors use a friendly, positive approach and involve players in the learning process.

Brad Church

While playing major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League Brad was a 1st round draft pick in 1995 (17th overall) to the Washington Capitals.  After entering the professional ranks in 1996 with the Portland Pirates of the AHL Brad continued on to play 10 years and close to 700 games of professional hockey in the NHL, AHL and ECHL.  During his playing career some of his Head Coaches included Barry Trotz (Nashville Predators), Glen Hanlon (Washington Capitals), Brian Trottier (NY Rangers) and Ron Wilson (Toronto Maple Leafs).  Brad was also very involved in the community as a player and was recognized as the AON/AHL “Man of the Year” for his outstanding contribution to the Portland Community during the 2001-02 season.

Jeff Libby

Jeff grew up and played all his youth hockey right here in the state of Maine.  After spending 4 years at Waterville High School he went on to do a PG (post-graduate) year at New Hampton Prep (New Hampton, NH).  Jeff was invited as a recruited walk-on to the University of Maine at Orono.  He spent 3 years (1995-1997) playing under Coach Shawn Walsh and was named captain his senior year before deciding to forgo it to pursue a professional career.

Kent Hulst

Kent played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League and was a fourth round draft pick (69th overall) of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1986. He turned pro in 1988, played 12 seasons in the American Hockey League and played over 800 games.  He holds several records for the Portland Pirates including goals and points, and was inducted to their Hall of Fame in 2003. He was a member of the 1993-94 Calder Cup Champions and was captain of the Portland Pirates from 1995 to 2001.  In 2001 he was selected captain of the AHL All star Canadian team. He was the recipient of the Fred T Hunt Memorial for the player best exemplifying sportsmanship, determination and dedication to hockey.

Joakim Wahlstrom

Joakim has over 22 years of experience as a player. In his native country of Sweden, Mr. Wahlstrom played in the Swedish Elite League from 1976 to 1986 and spent ten years with the AIK and DIF in Stockholm. He has two junior world appearances in both Austria and Moscow, and played professional hockey in Sweden for seven years. At the University of Maine, he played Division I hockey, as well as soccer and football.

Tim Holden

Tim has spent years in hockey management ranging from a prep/high school head coach, hockey school director and an assistant junior coach.
