Method of Payment
Registration must be accompanied by a deposit of at least 50% of each student’s registration fee.

Enrollment Confirmation
Apex Hockey Training will contact you to confirm the enrollment of each registration form submitted. All of our programs are offered on a first come, first serve basis. There is no reduction in registration fees for late enrollment or early departure from a program.Payments are non-refundable in the event of student cancellation.

Conditions of Enrollment
Apex Hockey Training reserves the right to terminate the contract of any student if determined that it is in the best interest of the other participants or the program. Apex Hockey Training also reserves the right to reassign students if we feel their program choice does not fit within evaluation guidelines. Program adjustments are made with the player’s best interest in mind. Grouping is subject to final enrollment numbers, and students may be combined if enrollment does not support separate programs. Apex Hockey Training reserves the right to cancel camps if enrollment does not support its operations. In the case that Apex Hockey Training cancels a camp, payments will be refunded in full.

Late Payments/Walk-In Registrations
Players will not be allowed to attend a camp until registration fee is paid in full. Players that register on-site or who choose to make final payment on-site MUST pay with VISA, MasterCard, or money order – cash and personal checks will not be accepted.
